What does missed-call text-back do?
When you can’t answer a call, JadaCRM can automatically send the caller a text so they know you’ll get back to them — and the conversation lands in your inbox.
Do I have to set it up myself?
No. We set up JadaCRM for your business and train your team.
How much does JadaCRM cost?
Packages are typically structured as Starter, Growth, and Pro, with setup depending on scope. We’ll confirm pricing for your business on a demo call. Bundled pricing may be available for businesses that process with JadaPay, subject to qualification.
How do payments work in JadaCRM?
JadaCRM’s built-in payments (text-to-pay links and invoices) run through Authorize.net. That makes them more limited than JadaPay’s other payment options, so for POS, dual pricing, or a full virtual terminal we may recommend a JadaPay processing setup alongside JadaCRM.
Do I need to process payments with JadaPay to use JadaCRM?
No. JadaCRM works on its own. Processing with JadaPay may open up bundle options.
Can I move my contacts from another CRM?
In most cases, yes. We’ll review what you have and help import your contacts.
Is there a long-term contract?
