The job’s done and the customer is standing right there. Send a secure payment link by text, they pay on their phone, and you’re pulling out of the driveway with the invoice closed. No app download for your customer, no paper invoice in the truck.
- Payment links by text or email
- Deposits, final invoices, and balances
- Works with JadaCRM follow-up

- Veteran-owned & operated
- Built by operators who run field businesses
- Real people — not a call center
- Nationwide service
“I’ll Mail You a Check” Is How Invoices Go Missing
Field businesses do the work first and get paid second. Every day between the two is a day the money isn’t in your account — and a day the customer might forget, dispute, or drift.
Text-to-pay closes that gap. Instead of handing over a paper invoice or keying a card number on a clipboard, you send a link. The customer taps it, sees the amount, and pays by card on their phone. Paired with JadaCRM, the same link can be sent as part of an estimate, a completed-job message, or a friendly reminder.
- Collect before you leave the job
- Send deposits to lock in a schedule date
- Remind customers about open balances without awkward calls
- Keep payment records with the customer, not on a sticky note
How Text-to-Pay Works
1. Create the request
Enter the amount (or pull it from an estimate or invoice) and the customer’s mobile number or email.
2. The customer gets a secure link
They receive a text with a link to a hosted payment page. No app to download.
3. They pay on their phone
The customer enters their card on the payment page. Card data is entered on the processor’s hosted page — not texted back to you.
4. You get confirmation
You see the payment come through, and the customer gets a receipt. If you use True Zero, the receipt shows the card price that applied.
Deposits, Final Invoices, and Everything Between
Deposits
Lock in an install date or special-order part with a deposit request before the truck rolls.
Final invoices
Send the balance when the work is complete — while the customer is still looking at the finished job.
Progress payments
For bigger projects, request payments at milestones instead of carrying the whole job.
Past-due balances
A link and a polite reminder are easier than a phone call nobody wants to make.
Repeat work
For maintenance plans and memberships, see recurring billing.

Keep More of Each Invoice
True Zero on payment links
Eligible merchants using True Zero can show the cash and card prices on the payment page and receipt, so the customer sees it before paying. Rules differ by card brand, card type, and state, so we confirm the setup for your business first.
Bank (ACH) payments
For large invoices, some customers prefer to pay from their bank account. Ask us whether ACH payments fit your setup. See ACH payment processing.
Program availability depends on your business type, location, card-brand rules, and state law. JadaPay reviews fit before setup.
Text-to-Pay Works Better Inside JadaCRM
When your payment links live in JadaCRM, they sit next to everything else about the customer — the original call, the estimate, the job notes, and the review request after payment.
- Send an estimate, then a payment link, from the same conversation
- Missed-call text-back keeps new leads from going cold
- Automatic reminders for open invoices
- Review requests after the job is paid

Text-to-Pay, Explained
What is text-to-pay?
Text-to-pay lets you send a customer a secure payment link by text message. They tap the link and pay on their phone — no app download required.
Is it secure?
Customers enter card details on a hosted payment page, not in a text message, and the card data isn’t texted back to you. We’ll walk you through how the payment page works for your account.
Can I send an invoice by email instead?
Yes. Payment links can go by text or email, depending on what your customer prefers.
Do I need JadaCRM to use text-to-pay?
No, but it helps. JadaCRM keeps the payment link next to the customer’s calls, estimates, and reminders. See JadaCRM.
Can I use True Zero with text-to-pay?
In many cases, yes, with cash and card prices clearly shown on the payment page and receipt. We confirm it fits your business and state before setup.
What about customers who want to pay over the phone?
Use a virtual terminal to key the card while you’re on the call, or text them a link so they enter it themselves.
Do customers have to agree to receive texts?
Yes. Business texting follows consent and carrier rules. We’ll explain what’s needed when we set up JadaCRM texting.
How do I get started?
Send a statement or call 833-JADAPAY.
